Therapeutic Approach
Every adolescent who receives treatment at Cove Forge participates in a treatment program that is tailored to his special needs. Residents participate in individual therapy at least once a week, group therapy four days a week, and family therapy at least twice a month, as well as a variety of workshops and educational courses. Residents also participate in experiential ropes therapy on our 16-station high and low ropes course twice a week.
Admissions
We are available to accept admissions inquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800.873.2131.The following organizations can initiate the formal application process for admission by forwarding a copy of the adolescent's most recent and/or most current psychiatric evaluation and/or psychological evaluation and any other pertinent information regarding the adolescent's treatment history:
- Children & Youth Services
- County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Organizations
- Managed Care Organizations
- Juvenile Probation Organizations
- Social Service Agencies
- Mental Health Professionals
