Therapeutic Approach
Every adolescent who receives treatment at Cove Forge participates in a treatment program that is tailored to his special needs. Residents participate in individual therapy at least once a week, group therapy four days a week, and family therapy at least twice a month, as well as a variety of workshops and educational courses. Residents also participate in experiential ropes therapy on our 16-station high and low ropes course twice a week.

Brian Bennati, Director of Adolescent Services
Brian has more than 25 years of experience providing support to individuals challenged by mental retardation, mental illness or in need of addiction counseling. He has a master’s degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University and has served in positions ranging from teacher, mental health counselor and behavioral specialist to program director and director of adolescent services. Brian is currently pursuing certification as a reality therapist.
